ViSAT Lab #1

This class is a hands-on computer lab that takes the attendees through the DHS Vulnerability Identification Self-Assessment Tool (ViSAT) software program. Attendees will gain a familiarity with the workings of the software and generally how to use it, beginning with log-in and access procedures, setting up new facilities entry, evaluating the seven categories of countermeasures – effectively, assessing the venues protocols and procedures for the three to five scenarios under Yellow and Orange threat conditions, evaluating the preparedness and consequences of the scenarios, printing the report and submitting the data. Space is limited to 15 for each lab, and pre-registration is REQUIRED.

This training is provided without cost to the IAAM meeting or conference or the manager and their venues. Use of the software is without charge.
