Senior Executive Symposium Highlight: How to Succeed in
Business - Revisited If Public Assembly Venues require anything to be effective, they need organizations to deliver their product. The Leader/ Manager of such 'businesses' could profit greatly by knowing which factors and practices are most strategic in making these organizations work effectively. Every year, it seems, there is something 'new' which claims to be 'the answer'. Often the harried and hard working manager despairs of finding out where the truth lies – how to avoid 'spinning his or her wheels'; how to prioritize the way winners do. Using a video produced at the Harvard Business School, we will explore the research which cuts through the clutter of 'answers' and points out the eight most strategic factors that produce and sustain success. Each participant in this session will be able to test him/her self to determine their current thinking prior to viewing the lecture – the process is not only interesting and informative, but proves to yield data which has a very practical application for people responsible for delivering excellence in the field of Public Assembly management. |
