3A - Take Your Facility/CVB Relationship to the Next Level! Implementation Methods of the IAAM/DMAI Best Practices Document
This session is designed for anyone involved in Facility Management who interacts with a CVB and is looking for ways to implement the IAAM/DMAI "Best Practices" document that was released last year.

Attendees will:
Hear from Convention Center General Managers who have implemented specific strategies talked about in the document. Learn what has worked and what has not, also what has been implemented that was not in the original document. Hear how this report has changed thinking on the CVB side of the street. Have a chance to give their own opinion about how/if this document has changed their relationship with their local CVB. Receive actual facility documents which outline successful current practices between Convention Centers and CVB’s.
