Timeline
The
Application due date is December 31, 2007. In January,
accepted students will be notified of their status by receiving
a letter and a registration form and they will be required to
return the registration form to Oglebay by February 15. You will
receive an email notification from IAAM by April 15 with details
on accessing your monographs and other class related details.
Saturday, May 31st will be check in/registration and evening
welcoming reception. Sunday, June 1st will begin with
orientation. Classes and activities continue through Thursday
evening. Check out is on Friday, June 6th. Attendees must arrive
Saturday, May 31st and leave Friday, June 6th to fully
participate in all activities. Any exceptions to
this policy must be approved by the Board of Regents in writing
prior to school.
Package Rates
Package rates include lodging Saturday through Thursday and
breakfast and lunch Sunday through Thursday. All classes, study
materials, coffee breaks, Sunday barbecue and graduation night
banquet are included in the package cost. Package rates for the
school are $1,762.00 (single occupancy) or $1,468.00 (double
occupancy). The lodging portion of the package is subject to 12
percent tax.

Applications
Application for First Year Admission
The school
has a limited number of seats available each year for first-year
students. Set-aside seats include; district
scholarship awardees (21), allied members (10), and Associate
Members - Academic (5). If not filled, these seats are opened
for general applicants.
Applications for first year admission must be faxed or submitted
electronically to arrive no later than December 31, 2007. Seats
are limited, and each year there is a waiting list of
candidates. However, IAAM Active Members (membership status as
of Dec. 31, 2007) have the greatest opportunity for acceptance
in the school.

Scholarships
District Scholarships are available to eligible applicants.
Contact IAAM Headquarters for an application or more
information. Scholarship applicants should have a strong
financial need.
Scholarship applications must be received
with the PAFMS application for First-Year Admission no
later than December 31, 2007. Please print the online

Applications that do not meet this criterion will not be
considered for funding.

Cancellation Policy
v There will
be a $100 fee charged for cancellation at any time up to 30 days
prior to the school.
v
Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the PAFMS, Friday,
May 30th 5pm, either a 50% cancellation fee and a refund of 50%
or a $200 cancellation fee and the remainder “rolled over” to
the 2009 PAFMS. This option includes a guaranteed seat in 2009.
Rollovers cannot be carried over beyond 2009.

Cancellation after 5pm Eastern Time Friday, May 30th, will
receive NO cash refund option. A $300 cancellation fee will be
applied and the remainder “rolled over” to the 2009 PAFMS and a
guaranteed seat in 2009. Rollover cannot be carried over beyond
2009.
v
Cancellations after 9am Sunday, June 1st will receive NO
considerations.
v No
substitutions will be accepted.
