Curriculum
Students will attend over 25 hours of class time, plus considerable networking opportunities. The program is designed to provide students with an understanding of the conceptual and intellectual basis for what managers do to lead and manage in all areas of a public assembly facility.

The Graduate Institute will address the issues in terms of:

Leadership/Management
Strategic Planning
Problem Solving/Decision Making
Humans as Resources
Communication
Industry Trends

Curriculum will consist of a flexible one-year program that may change in response to changing conditions in our industry. Instructors will be a combination of experienced facility managers and industry experts. The Graduate Institute will be more conceptual than PAFMS, yet not as advanced as the Senior Executive Symposium. Consider it “The Next Level” for Public Assembly Facility Managers.
