Please note that badges must be worn at all times. Your badge is your ticket for access to all educational sessions and social events.

CANCELLATIONS and/or REFUNDS:
All cancellations and/or refunds must be made in writing and submitted via email, mail or faxed to IAAM Conference Registration, 635 Fritz Drive, Suite 100, Coppell, TX 75019; fax 972.906.7418; email brenda.pennington@iaam.org. Telephone requests will not be honored.

On or before May 1: all fees returned less $50 administrative fee*
May 2 – June 9: 50% refund less $50 administrative fee*
June 10 or after: No refund

*NOTE: The administrative fee applies to each cancelled registration.
