The Exhibit Hall hours are dedicated.  There are no competing educational sessions during the trade show.

What are the 2009 Booth Prices?

What will I receive as an Exhibitor?

  • 8' back drape and 36" side drapes
  • Floor Numbers
  • Four complimentary booth personnel per 10 x 10 booth (maximum of 20 per exhibiting company)
  • Buffet on Sunday
  • Hotel accommodations and airfare at special conference rates
  • Your company listing on the IAAM web page
  • Access to conference marketing opportunities such as:
    o Sponsorships
    o Advertising in the conference program
    o List of conference attendees

When will I receive the Service Manual to order carpet, tables, chairs etc?

It will be available January 2009 on the IAAM Website.

What does it cost to join IAAM?

Annual dues for Allied members are $520.00 and a one-time Initiation fee of $125.00 for a Total of $645.00.

If I join IAAM now, may I take advantage of the booth discount  for the 2009 show?

Yes!

If I exhibit in 2009 will I have a better choice of booth selection for 2010?

Yes!  Booth selection is based on a point system. You earn points for exhibiting, IAAM membership, sponsorships, advertising and monetary gifts to the IAAM Foundation.  You will also have the opportunity to select your 2010 booth during the 2009 conference.
 

What is the cancellation policy?
 

Notification of booth space cancellation or reduction of space must be in writing.
Cancellations will be accepted via email, US mail or fax 972.906.7418
Cancellations of booth space for any reason are subject to the refund schedule and terms below.
