ADVERTISING, RATES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND DEADLINES

IAAM News is an electronic newsletter, published twice
monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month, and on those
dates emailed to all of IAAM's members and prospective
members. It is filled with news about the Association
and the public assembly facility industry. From
professional development opportunities, finding that
perfect job, selling that used rigging or staging, or
having your facilities' Request for Proposal seen around
the world, IAAM News is the place where those in the
know go for all the industry scoop.
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES AND
RATES
ELECTRONIC BANNER ADVERTISING IN NEWSLETTER: Electronic
ad space, with a link back to your company or facility,
is now available on the left column of the opening page
of our electronic newsletter that is emailed out to our
members twice monthly. Ads that appear on the opening
page also appear on the Career Opportunity (job ads)
title page, our most popular (gets the most monthly
hits) pages. Electronic banner ads also appear on the
left column of our Front Row News section on our home
web page, just click on a revolving story and see where
else your ad will be placed.
Cost for Electronic Banner Ads: are BANNER BANNER
AD PACKAGE: $525 per month, 2 issues (2 month minimum -
4 issues) or BANNER AD: $750 per month, 2 issues. Issues
that the ads run in this option need not be consecutive.
SUBMISSION, AD SIZES AND DIGITAL REQUIREMENTS FOR
ELECTRONIC ADS: Electronic banner ad size is 3 inches
wide by 2 inches deep (216 x 144 pixels…based upon at
least 72 dpi per inch). All ads must be a minimum of 72
dpi and emailed to us in jpg or
gif format. Please include the url or web
address where you want your link to go.
CAREER OPPORTUNITY, CLASSIFIED, REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS, POSITION SOUGHT:
Cost for Career Opportunity or job ads: are $85.00 for
the first 85 words, then $1.25 for each additional word.
Place your ad in a word document and email it to
brenda.pennington@iaam.org
and on your opening email, please include invoicing
instructions. IAAM will send you an invoice after the ad
runs. There are no discounts available, (member and
non-member prices are the same), for advertising in IAAM
News.
Cost for Classified, for sale, for rent ads:
are
the same as above.
Cost for Request For Proposals: are $50.00 for
the first 60 words, then $1.25 for each additional word.
Same procedures as above for submission of RFP's.
Position Sought ads: are ran free for members of
IAAM who are seeking employment. Submission requirements
are the same as above.
Internships: An Internship
listing has been added so your facility can
employ some of the best and brightest young
minds in the industry. This service is free, so
be sure to send your internship needs for
inclusion in the newsletter. |
SUBSCRIPTIONS:
One year subscription is $90.00 and two year
subscription is $140.00.
