Scholarship Report
L. Leyba-Kramer gave a report on the issuance of two scholarships to PAFMS at Oglebay (1st & 2nd year). Mark Lloydman, Eugene; Jan Pierce, Montana
SES: Karen Totaro
AVSS / GI – Don Skorba, AVSS
Lori suggested changing the scholarship for these entities to $1000.00, as she felt the reason we received few applications was that the scholarship did not provide enough assistance.
Discussion: Application criteria 1) Member, 2) Service length, 3) Why do you want to attend? 4) What is your goal?
Expensive programs; $500 not enough; Should we have 2 at $1000

Motion by Mary Muse, second by Robyn Williams to increase the AVSS and GI scholarships from $500.00 to $1000.00.
Motion Passed
