The IAAM Foundation was established in 1982, to raise funds to support the public assembly facility management industry and has awarded more than $1,700,000 for education programs, professional development and research in Funding The Future!

Security and Safety Task Force launched after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in September, 2001 developed three best practices documents, protocols, seminar curriculum and audio-conferences to sustain proper crowd management, protect venues, fans, and performers from terrorism, and to provide education on security and emergency planning

Body of Knowledge program will receive more than $200,000 towards the design and implementation of Masters level college course curriculum and an associated textbook encompassing core competencies of the public assembly facility management industry

Senior Executive Symposium at Cornell University was developed for the experienced facility manager and focuses on senior level leadership training
